The graduate school has the option to enrol PhD studnets with interdisciplinary PhD projects. For example, if the project relates to specific interdisciplinary research centers or covers a topic that spans two or more of the six academic fields at Aarhus BSS. If the project is interdisciplinary, it must be assessed which of the six PhD programmes it would fit best into, and the application should then be submitted to that programme. If the PhD school determines that it would fit better in another PhD programme, the application will instead be evaluated there.
