PHD WORKSHOP: How to get published
The four Graduate Schools at Aarhus University are hosting a joint PhD course focusing on publication strategies and the writing of a good scientific abstract. The course will bring together PhD students from all disciplines.

Application deadline:

The biannual open application rounds will occur expectedly in the period January-primo/medio February and primo/medio September.  This page will be updated once the concrete dates are available.

The next call will be open for application 15 January 2020 to 18 February 2020 at 12.00 noon CET.

Applicants in the above mentioned application round can expect a result no later than the end of April 2020.

PhD Committee

The head of Aarhus BSS Graduate School is Per Baltzer Overgaard, who is assisted by the PhD committee. The members of the PhD committee, who represent the academic staff and PhD students at Aarhus BSS Graduate School, are elected by and among these.

The committee has 14 elected members – 7 tenured faculty and 7 PhD students representing the 7 degree programmes. The head of the graduate school participates in the committee meetings.

PhD graduates from Aarhus BSS have a great deal to offer the business community as they are able to solve complicated problems that require a great analytical and methodological overview. These are the words of Per Baltzer Overgaard, who is the vice-dean for research and talent development at Aarhus BSS.
