To complete the PhD study programme, Mette Jakobsen presents her PhD dissertation, giving a public lecture followed by a defence.

Title of the dissertation: Unveiling Multifaceted Perspectives of Bias in Recruitment and Selection

Theme for the defence: What is the relationship between decision hygiene practices and the reduction of stereotype-driven biases in recruitment, and how might this relationship vary across different organizational contexts, such as public versus private sectors?
