Target group

 

The MBA degree programme targeted at people who are interested in developing their business. Who strive toward new knowledge. Who are reflective. Who seek new insights. Who wish to elevate their careers and not least want to challenge themselves professionally and personally.

You are an ambitious current or future manager. You and your fellow students have a medium or long-cycle post-secondary degree and many years of work experience that you can bring into play. A lot of you also have several years of managerial experience.

Competences

On the MBA degree programme, you get a solid knowledge of management disciplines within business administration combined with a hands-on introduction to managing innovative and creative processes. You will get tools to achieve even better results for your organisation.

The degree programme gives you new knowledge, insights and competences that make you even better at analysing, assessing and not least managing and developing your organisation.    

Structure

The MBA degree programme is modular with a considerable degree of flexibility. As a rule, the degree programme is a two-year part-time programme that consists of seven compulsory courses that are completed with a project.

In addition, the programme includes two elective courses. The entire MBA degree programme is completed with an MBA thesis.
