Aarhus BSS has a close and continuous dialogue with public and private organizations to ensure that our graduates have the right skill sets to enter the Danish and international job market. Denmark is known for its fine balance between work and personal time - the unique work-life balance.
Work-life balance is a cornerstone of Danish business culture, and makes Denmark a desirable place to start a career. The official work week is 37 hours and employees earn the right to five weeks paid holiday every year. It means that you can have an interesting job, pursue your career ambitions and still have time to pursue your personal interests in your spare time. In addition, the Danish working culture is characterized by a high degree of flexibility.
Get off to a good start on the Danish labour market - or get help taking your career to the next level.
The Career Center at Aarhus BSS can help you reflect on and clarify your questions and doubts about job and career in Denmark. The experienced career counsellors can guide you to get more practical experience and give you insights into your competencies, CV, application and your job and career possibilities with your educational background.
Each semester, the Career Center hosts several events where you can meet companies that are looking for students and graduates from Aarhus BSS.
