E-course about data protection

An e-learning course about the new general data protection regulation is now available at AU. The course can be accessed any time and takes approx. 1 hour.

When conducting research in COBE Lab you must follow the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, which has been in force since 2000. The 25th of May 2018 the rules are tightened, when the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) become effective. The new regulation makes it easier for the individual to control their own data, and how they are treated by others.  

In this course you learn about the rules for personal data, and how you must process personal data correctly, so that you can live up to the new regulation. The course is available in English or Danish.
