I specialize in teaching and mentoring educators in university education. My academic background includes a master's degree in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, both from Aarhus University, Denmark. Over the years, I have gained significant expertise in quality development and students' learning processes in higher education.
As an associate professor at the Center for Educational Development, I divide my time between teaching and research in HE. My teaching primarily focuses on the professional development of university educators. I coordinate the University Pedagogy Program for assistant professors and postdocs and contribute to courses in educational leadership and data-informed instructional development. Additionally, I offer individualized coaching and support in small groups for educators, aiming to enhance their teaching and promote transformative practices.
