Busy season in COBE Lab

Increased activity at COBE Lab demands flexibility from researchers and management

As we enter the final months of the year, we are seeing an increase in activity at COBE Lab. For this reason we ask that researchers be flexible about using our resources, and that they take care to delete their bookings if they don't need them (for instance because of a lack of sign-ups from participants). We may also require that researchers clear out the room they have used at the end of the day instead of leaving everything as is, in case another researcher needs to use the room the following day.

At COBE Lab, we are dedicated to accommodating as much research as possible. If you as a researcher find that the resources you need have been booked by another researcher, you are welcome to contact us about this issue. While we can't guarantee that the necessary resources will be provided at the requested time, we will discuss possible accommodations with the research group who had previously booked these resources. We will also strive to help you find alternative solutions.

As an additional measure, COBE Lab's meeting room (I112) has been temporarily added to the list of rooms that can be booked for research. The meeting room is 20m2 and is furnished with a large table and nine chairs, as well as cabinets and a whiteboard. A computer can be set up in the room upon request. If you would like to inspect this or other rooms, you can do so by setting up a meeting with management at COBE Lab.

We thank you in advance for your understanding. If you have any inquires or questions, please direct them to cobelab@au.dk.
