BSS’ course evaluation - introduction to user interface and adaption options

Purpose

 

This short workshop is 30-minute introduction to BSS's evaluation system, BLUE. You will learn about the evaluation process, evaluation setup and adaptation options. You can get individual guidance and instruction as needed after the instruction.

Content

The workshop covers:

  • How to use the Blackboard tab Course Evaluation
  • How to add supplementary questions to the evaluation via the question bank and how to add your own questions to the questionnaire.
  • How to set the time for evaluations
  • How to monitor the response rates during the evaluation period
  • Any other issues raised by the participants

You can also get individual guidance and instruction on how to adapt evaluation forms to your own courses.     

General information

Target audience: Target group: All teachers and course coordinators at BSS whose courses are evaluated with the BSS 'evaluation system BLUE.
The presentation can be requested by directors of study, course coordinators and teachers
The presentation can be adapted to be included other events for example, lunch meetings, teacher meetings, department meetings and teaching days.

Scope: 30 minutes presentation plus individual guidance and instruction when relevant.

Number of participants: 5-100 

Venue: Campus Aarhus

Price: The workshop is free of charge for employees at AU

Language: Danish / English

This workshop can be requested as a 'tailor-made' workshop if you and 3-5 of your colleagues are interested or as a specially adapted presentation at academic events at Aarhus BSS.
