2023 Graduation for the Business Economics, Business Administration, Business Communication and IT Studies (Campus Aarhus)

Please join us for this special event where you will hear speeches from alumni and fellow students plus cross the stage and make the transition from student to alumni. Afterwards, you and your guests will be treated to light refreshments and you can exchange high-fives and farewells.

Join us as we pay tribute to you and the classes of 2023 and send you on your way to professional life.

Who can attend?

MSc and MA graduates from the Business Economics and Business Administration, Business Communication and IT Studies (campus Aarhus) who have completed their studies between September 2022 and 1 July 2023.

Date: 4 July (graduation 1 - see below) or 5 July 2023 (graduation 2 - see below)
Time: 12.00 – 16.00
Place: Fuglesangs Allé 4, 8210 Aarhus V | S-building (2610) lower and upper multirooms

Catering: Light refreshments will be served
Price: Graudate: 150 kroner. Guest: 75 kroner
Number of guests: No more than 2 per graduate (no exceptions due to fire regulations)

Important

You will only have to attend one of the graduation dates. Please see below the information on which day you are going to attend.

Registration deadline is 16 June 2023. It is not possible to sign up after this deadline. We only have a limited number of seats. Registration is available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that only graduates who have completed all ECTS can participate at the ceremonies since each graduate will cross the stage, one-at-a-time as their name is read aloud and receive their special graduation gift.

You must attend a ceremony in order to get your graduation gift.

Diplomas will not be handed out at the event; they will be sent to you via your e-Boks.
