The PhD programme in Business Communication is part of Aarhus BSS Graduate School.
Due to organizational restructuring the programme in Business Communication currently can only assess and admit PhD project applications within the general fields of

Aarhus University has decided to reorganize the language programmes at Arts and Aarhus BSS, so that the language programmes in future (from January 2017) will be merged and organized within the Faculty of Arts. If you have plans to apply for a PhD programme at Aarhus BSS Graduate School with a project in language studies, then you are instead advised to apply for a PhD programme in Language, Linguistics and Cognition at The Graduate School, Arts.

National and international cooperation:

The PhD Programme in Business Communication offers doctoral seminars within all of the academic areas mentioned above. Some of these seminars are developed in collaboration with prominent national and international academic research institutions, e.g. Aalborg University, University of Central Florida, and Amsterdam School of Communication Researh (ASCoR).

Employment after graduation:

So far, the majority of the candidates from the PhD programme in Business Communication have continued their career within academia after graduation. However, some of the candidates have found employment in the private and/or public sector in and/or outside Denmark.
