We're excited to invite you to the annual "Stay in touch with SuLo" event. This year’s event has the theme “Rethink”, and the invited speakers will give presentations within this theme. The event gives you the opportunity to connect and network with students and other logistics and supply chain management alumni. Our goal for the day is to build and sustain bridges between students and alumni that benefit both sides.

Who should attend?
All students, employees and alumni from the MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain programme

After “Stay in touch with SuLo” you'll have:
> Made several new contacts and thereby have diversified and broadened your network.
> Gained new knowledge within the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
> Been inspired to come up with new ideas, new job-opportunities and/or new ways of doing everyday tasks.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Britt Brakhage Carstensen (´10), DANFOSS

Britt Brakhage Carstensen is 31 years old and currently living in Skanderborg with her husband and son. In 2010 she graduated from Aarhus BSS with a MSc. in Logistics, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration International French. As a student, she worked for Arla Foods in Logistics & Planning, and her first job after she graduated was as a Production Planner at Siemens Windpower. The last five years she has been working for Danfoss, where she started as a Logistics Specialist. Now she is a Supply Chain Consultant in Global Logistics, where she is working on developing global strategies and processes for forecasting, planning, inventory control and delivery service. More specifically, she is currently developing a global Inventory/S&OP process in a cloud-based solution.

Kasper Thomsen (´09), NOVO NORDISK

Kasper Thomsen is a graduate from Aarhus BSS. He graduated in 2009 with a master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. After graduation, he entered a 2-year graduate program at Novo Nordisk, entering in three 8-month rotations within supply chain. Since then he has had various positions related to supply chain in Novo Nordisk, including Sr. Supply Chain Consultant, where he was part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) implementation in Novo Nordisk. The past three years, he has had various managerial roles, and today he is Head of Supply Chain Design. The Supply Chain Design department develops supply chain design for local production sites and upcoming pipeline products. Furthermore, the department focuses on network allocation models within diabetes production footprint and distribution models for segmentation and late stage customization.
